Access and use of the Site are for personal use only and must comply with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purposes or in a way that violates these Terms and Conditions.

You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any portion of the Site or its content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Tong Heng.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, there may be slight variations in product appearance and packaging.

We accept payment methods such as credit/debit card and PayNow. Please be aware that a service charge of $1 applies if you choose to pay by credit/debit card. All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions and enter into such an agreement with us. You also represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide, and that the information is accurate.

Tong Heng makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product and pricing information on the Site. However, errors may occur, and Tong Heng reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and modify or cancel orders affected by such errors at any time, without prior notice.

The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Tong Heng reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or an error in your order.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

In the event that your order was cancelled by Tong Heng, you will be notified by email or phone and a full refund of any payment received will be provided to your original payment method. Processing time may vary according to your payment provider.

For orders above $500, we may contact you directly to liaise and confirm the details. We reserve the right to adjust or decline large orders based on availability and logistics. Kindly note that your order is subjected to availability, as our pastries are handmade daily without preservatives – we seek your understanding in the event that we may not be able to accept large orders with short turnaround timings.

We deliver only within Singapore, excluding Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, and Sentosa. Delivery outside these areas is not available.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package. If the food is crushed or damaged, you must notify the delivery personnel immediately and contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8199 9206 with pictures of the damaged goods. Please note that claims cannot be accepted after the delivery personnel has departed.

Given the perishable nature of our products, all purchases are considered final, and we regret to inform you that we do not facilitate exchanges or refunds.

Upon receiving your order, it is essential to promptly inspect the package. Should you discover any instances of crushing or damage to the food items, kindly notify the store personnel or delivery staff immediately. Additionally, please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8199 9206, providing images of the affected goods. Please be advised that we are unable to entertain any claims after the departure of the delivery personnel or if you have left the store premises.

We are not liable for any adverse reactions or consequences arising from the consumption of our products. Please check the ingredients list for potential allergens.

We strive to ensure that our website is accurate and up-to-date but do not warrant its accuracy or completeness. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or interruptions in service.

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore and our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of and/or purchase through the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
