Yes, all our products are freshly made to ensure the best quality and taste.

Our products may contain common allergens such as eggs, wheat, and sesame. Please check the ingredients list on each product page for detailed information.

We are not Halal certified, please note that some of our product offerings contain lard.

All our regular pastries are dairy free, except some seasonal items. such as our CNY tubbed goodies

Please note that a lead time of 7 days is required for wedding pastry order.

Our team will send confirmation upon full payment. For urgent orders, kindly note that a surcharge applies and that you may reach out to us on Whatsapp instead. For further customization and enquiries on Wedding orders, feel free to reach out to our team on Whatsapp as well.

You have the option to place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired items and proceeding to checkout. Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp (+65 8199 9206) or visit our stores for items that may not be available on the website. Kindly note that your order is subjected to availability, as our pastries are handmade daily without preservatives – we seek your understanding in the event that we may not be able to accept large orders with short turnaround timings.

There is a minimum order amount of 15 SGD.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

For orders above $500, we may contact you directly to confirm the details. We reserve the right to adjust or decline large orders based on availability and logistics. Kindly note that your order is subjected to availability as our pastries are handmade daily without preservatives – we seek your understanding in the event that we may not be able to accept large orders with short turnaround timings.

We accept credit/debit cards and PayNow. Please be aware that a service charge of $1 applies if you choose to pay by credit/debit card. No service will be applied for payment made by PayNow

Yes, we use secure payment processing systems to ensure your information is protected.

We deliver only within Singapore, excluding Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, and Sentosa.

A lead time of three days is required. For urgent delivery orders, you may still contact our team via Whatsapp where we can assist in arranging for expedited delivery

Our delivery is outsourced to third party drivers where we do not take a percentage cut, such an arrangement requires time and is dependant on our drivers’ availability as well.

It is based on the distance apart.

Our delivery charges are as follows:

• Within 15km: $15 onwards
• 15-20km: $18 onwards
• More than 20km: $20 onwards

*Kindly note that our deliveries are outsourced to independent third party drivers, who will quote specific delivery prices directly depending on location

*Do note that it is advised to make payment to the driver directly, else GST will apply to these charges if you pay through Tong Heng instead

If your order arrives crushed or damaged, kindly inform the delivery personnel immediately and reach out to us via WhatsApp at (+65 8199 9206), providing images of the affected items. Please note that claims cannot be accepted after the delivery personnel has departed.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

Kindly notify the store personnel or delivery staff immediately. lease be advised that we are unable to entertain any claims after the departure of the delivery personnel or if you have left the store premises.
